Multilayer stacking

A green tape stacker/aligner is a device that stacks and aligns thin ceramic sheets, also known as green tapes, for the fabrication of multilayer ceramic packages. The device uses a vacuum system to pick up and place the green tapes on a platform, and a camera system to align them with high precision. The device can handle various sizes and thicknesses of green tapes, and can stack up to hundreds of layers in a single operation.
