Zaw Htoo (Ethan) Aung bring 27+ years of extensive international experience including 16+ years in the semiconductor manufacturing sector combined with 8 years in senior operational and commercial management and leadership positions across various industries and regions across Asia and Australia. During his 16+ years in the semiconductor manufacturing sector, Ethan has worked in various engineering roles in technology nodes ranging from 280nm to 45nm with Global Foundries in Singapore and Silanna Semiconductor in Australia. His comprehensive skill set in the semiconductor industry encompasses process integration, yield enhancement, new product and process development and introduction, technology transfer, process optimization, failure analysis, test and production management. Ethan experiences include leading and managing complex large-scale new process and product development projects from design layout validation to qualification, test, process fine-tuning, and yield improvement to high-volume manufacturing (HVM). Ethan has held multiple senior executive positions with multinationals and mid-large size companies in Asia.  His management expertise includes leading multi-dimensional operations, growth strategies, business development, managed P&L and corporate finance and led diverse teams. His prior roles include as a CEO, managing a company generating annual revenue of ~USD180 million and over 1,100 employees and as an Asia Geneal Manger role overseeing operations, strategic growth, business development and sales across multiple markets in Asia including Southeast Asia, China, Japan, Korea and Taiwan. Ethan holds MBA from University of Newcastle in Australia, MSc in Consumer Electronic from Nanyang Technological University from Singapore, Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Business from Emeritus Institute of Management and Bachelor of Engineering from Yangon Technology University in Myanmar.
