An experimental physicist with experience in etching, deposition and electron beam lithography used in the fabrication of nanoscale quantum devices. Specific experience with inductively coupled plasma reactive ion etching using F and Cl chemistries, ion beam etching, wet etching, sputter and e-beam deposition, used in the fabrication of wide band gap semiconductors, most notably hexagonal boron nitride-based devices.
