With over 10 years of experience in micro/nanofabrication, Dashen specialises in wet processes, including HF and cyanide handling, etching, and thin film deposition. He manages wet process benches, e-beam evaporators, magnetron sputtering systems, and furnaces, while also supporting tools like ICP, BRE, PECVD, and thermal evaporators. At RMIT, he provides technical expertise to researchers and external clients, supporting research and development projects.
