Michael is a specialist in electron beam and direct‑write lithography at MCN, supporting researchers with deep expertise in HSQ processing, nanowire etching, and quantum device fabrication. He draws on a strong background in quantum technology development from his time at the University of Melbourne and CQC2T. Michael also chairs ANFF’s annual Direct Write Lithography Workshop, playing a key role in shaping the community.
