Mr Glenn Walker is a Senior Technical Operations Specialist within the ANFF-Qld and Queensland Micro- and Nanotechnology Centre at the Queensland Microtechnology Facility, Griffith University. Glenn is a microelectronic engineer and an experienced semiconductor device process engineer.

Dr Kaushal Vora has broad experience in developing nanofabrication processes, cleanroom operations and user training.

Vaidya

Gayatri trains and helps users with EBL matters, and supports other tools including the etching suite, electron-beam evaporation and SEM-CL.

Gilberto provides support from device design and process development, to device characterisation and optimisation

Uddin

Hemayet provides technical support and integration to ARC Centre of Excellence, and provides grant application support, in addition to managing a number of nanolithography and characterisation instruments

Tjeung

Ricky is responsible for various photolithography, physical vapour deposition, chemical vapour deposition and reactive ion etching processes at MCN

Teodosio

JP handles the photolithography tools, 3D scanner and 3D printers. He also supports operations on the dicing saw, direct mask writer, and the PDMS laboratory.

Joanna Szymanska is the process engineer responsible for technical management of semiconductor processing within ANFF Facility. Responsible for provision of training, and new microfabrication process development.
