Bio: Nick Cuthbertson is a Senior Associate in the Corporate / M&A team at Corrs Chambers Westgarth. Nick is an experienced corporate lawyer who specialises in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, corporate governance, company secretarial and general corporate advisory work. Nick has a particular interest in the venture capital and technology sectors. He has acted on several domestic and cross-border private M&A transactions involving Australian tech companies.  Nick also regularly advises on venture capital deals and has experience acting for both emerging startups and domestic and international venture capital funds.Â
