Congratulations to Monash University’s Tuncay Alan, a recipient of pre-seed funding from the Australian National Fabrication Facility (ANFF-C). Researchers in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering have developed PALM – a patented microfluidic platform that uses sound to safely and effectively aerosolise drug formulations that are traditionally difficult to deliver via inhalation. The group will use this investment to develop a commercial strategy and narrow their market focus.
