The ANFF-C team have awarded Gate 1 investment support to the VoltAmmonia technology led by Dr Fengwang Li at the University of Sydney. VoltAmmonia is a novel electrochemical ammonia cracker – based on a proprietary catalyst to produce high purity hydrogen at low (<80degC) temperatures, solving a key bottleneck in the green hydrogen value chain. ANFF-C funding will be used to support market research, target market validation, an IP landscape review and a techno-economic analysis.
