Alison has significant operations and project management experience gained across research, medical and financial institutions. She has a proven track record transforming work models to enhance efficiencies and improve outcomes for organisations and groups. Previous roles at The University of Sydney involved managing the day-to-day operational activity of a complex medical imaging research lab and more recently, providing high level oversight and guidance for the implementation and operationalisation of the Daffodil Centre, a joint venture of the University of Sydney and Cancer Council NSW.
