Joanna is a senior process engineer specialising in semiconductor fabrication, overseeing microfabrication training, process development, and facility operations within ANFF. She brings extensive expertise across EBL, photolithography, plasma etching, and thin‑film deposition, supported by decades of experience at CSIRO and the Technical University of Wroclaw working on III–V device fabrication and characterisation.
