Spectrophotometry
Spectrophotometry
Spectrophotometry is a method that measures the amount of light that is absorbed or transmitted by a sample as a function of the wavelength of that light. This measurement is a basic characterisation of the optical properties and can be applied to various forms of sample, such as thin film and liquids.
