Victor is an expert in a multidisciplinary domain spanning nanotechnology, polymer manufacturing, surface engineering, micro/nano-systems development and biological systems. He is the Deputy Director and a Technology Ambassador of the Melbourne Centre for Nanofabrication (ANFF-Vic), Associate Professor in the Faculty of Engineering at Monash University and co-founder and CSO of Proton Intelligence. He is one of the founding research leaders of the Centre to Impact Anti-Microbial Resistance, a CI in the ARC Training Centre for Cell and Tissue Engineering Technologies (CTET), in the Engineering Biological Models and Systems Node and in the Monash Future Sensing Node. He has developed novel technologies and devices (such as SU-8 based Micro-optical electromechanical systems), he has helped creating novel commercial products (such as resists and polymers commercialised by micro resist technology GmbH), and he has cofounded two micro/nanotechnology-based start-ups.
