Karyn manages the operations of the ANFF-Vic Biointerface Engineering Hub. She also maintains a suite of thin film deposition and surface characterisation equipment such a plasma polymer reactors, dip coating, ellipsometry and quartz crystal microbalance.

Dr Jeff Yun Huang joined ANFF-Qld in 2020 as a Senior Professional Officer. He provides instrument training, professional service, and technical support for all atomic force microscopes and confocal microscopes. Mrs Leonie Hold is a Senior Research Assistant within the ANFF-Qld and Queensland Micro- and Nanotechnology Centre at the Queensland Microtechnology Facility, Griffith University. She joined Griffith in 2005 and has had previous micro-technology fabrication experience in Fraunhofer Institutes in Germany.
