Marta Sánchez Miranda joins ANFF’s Client Service Team
Dr Marta Sánchez Miranda is an exciting new addition to ANFF’s Client Engagement Facilitator (CEF) team!
We are thrilled to announce that Dr Marta Sánchez Miranda has joined our headquarters team, bringing her extensive expertise in nanofabrication and technology development to help us drive innovation and foster industry relationships.
Marta will play a pivotal role in enhancing ANFF’s interactions with industry by building strong relationships with external stakeholders, supporting further development of ANFF’s concierge service and identifying emerging technology companies to connect with ANFF’s extensive network of facilities and experts. With a wealth of experience in the semiconductor industry and a strong academic background, she is poised to make a significant impact.
Dr Sánchez Miranda’s journey has been one of academic excellence, with a bachelor’s degree in physics from the University of Salamanca, an MSc in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology from Swansea University and a PhD in Physics (Nanotechnology) from the University of New South Wales. Marta’s brings over eight years of valuable experience, particularly in the semiconductor industry. She has a proven track record in managing innovative projects, most recently contributing to advancements in quantum computing and healthcare technology at Archer Materials.
‘With previous experience as both an academic user and industry client of ANFF facilities, I’m very excited to be joining the CEF team to help connect innovators with the research infrastructure that they need. I can’t wait to keep learning about Australia’s tech ecosystem,’ said Dr Sánchez Miranda.
Marta’s new role focuses on the quantum and photonics sectors in NSW and will complement the expertise of her fellow Client Engagement Facilitators, Mr Oded VanHam (MedTech, Victoria) and Dr Matt Chong (Defence and Space, South Australia).
