Pinedo Rivera

Tatiana is a part of the Characterisation and Lithography team. She specialises in Scanning Electron Microscopy, Focused Ion Beam and Atomic Force Microscopy. She is the principal Instrument Manager for our FEI NovaNanoSEM FEG-SEM and tabletop SEM tools.

Pigram

Paul is the Director of the Centre for Materials and Surface Science (CMSS). CMSS hosts a broad surface analysis capability including ToF-SIMS, XPS, scanning auger nanoprobe, and AFM instrumentation.

Nicolaidis

Nicolas typically provides support and expertise to equipment that has an optical component such as the UV-vis spectrometer, fluorimeter, AM1.5 solar simulator, and an external quantum efficiency measurement system. Using these instruments services have been provided both in the academic and industrial arenas.

Moody

Steve’s expertise is in characterisation, having come to us from a role with Microscopy Australia. As Senior Technical Officer: Characterisation at ANFF-NSW University of Sydney, he is particularly focused ion beam (cross-sectioning, manipulation, lift-out) and multi-beam nanofabrication.

Martyniuk

Marius manages the WA node. His expertise encompasses MEMS and optoelectronic devices for infrared and terahertz applications.

Madden

Steve currently leads research on the hybridisation of Chalcogenide, Tellurite, silicon nitride, and germanosilicate technologies for multifunctional integrated optical devices for sensing, communications, metrology and chip based ultrafast laser systems.
