The Australian National Fabrication Facility has been selected as a finalist for the 2019 Endeavour Awards, under the category of Technology Application.The Endeavour Awards, organised by Manufacturing Monthly, are recognised as the premier Awards program for the Australian manufacturing industry. The program promotes, recognises and rewards excellence within the industry.

The category ANFF was nominated for is “Technology Application”. The nominees are evaluated on how their technology application provides a benefit to the industry and the broader community.

ANFF was nominated for its use of micro and nanofabrication to enable its users to translate research into industry.

“It’s a fantastic achievement for us to be nominated for our manufacturing expertise one of the key goals for ANFF is to bridge the gap between research and industry, and our nomination for this award is a sign that we are on the right track,” Dr Jane Fitzpatrick, ANFF COO, said.

The Awards evening will be during National Manufacturing Week 2019 which in Melbourne.
