The extraordinary talent and skills of The Australian National Fabrication Facility’s client community will be on display at our one-day Research Showcase on 12 February, leading into the ICONN24 conference at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre. 

ANFF – Connected 2024 centers on ANFF’s connections with various research and technology ecosystems, exemplifying our critical role in micro- and nanoscience research infrastructure at increasing levels of scope. The Showcase will highlight projects that demonstrate research excellence, translation and commercialisation, and industry innovation. These ecosystems have been chosen to allow us space to cover the breadth of projects that ANFF engineers and equipment support. 

Innovative solutions to real-world problems will be the focus of the Client Success Stories presentation sessions: solutions for the planet, for the people, for communication & exploration, and for the frontier. These stories will highlight some of the many exciting, ANFF-enabled outcomes of the past year. 

Several Showcase sessions will draw the audience’s attention to industry innovation, collaboration, and commercialisation.  Industry Case Studies presented by some of our industry partners will explore the theme ‘Leveraging a connected ecosystem for success.’ In addition, an ANFF-C Panel Discussion on ‘Alliances and Partnerships – How do partnerships add value?’ will bring together distinguished panelists with moderator ANFF-C Director John Morrison. 

Once more we are excited to share the success stories of our clients from the past year, all enabled by ANFF. This year, by co-locating this event with ICONN24 we hope to showcase the incredible achievements of the ANFF community to the world. It promises to be a highly engaging and rewarding day for all involved. The tentative schedule is provided below.
